2. Accident Near the Gulch
Yeah this is Travis. I just got rear-ended at 1101 Broadway, Nashville — right at the corner of Broadway and 11th Ave South near the Gulch. My 2018 Jeep Cherokee, AWD. Airbags went off. I got a passenger with me. I need it towed to the Caliber Collision over on Charlotte Pike.
3. Locked Out at Walmart
I locked my keys inside my car at the Walmart on Nolensville Pike. It's a 2016 Toyota Camry, silver, FWD. My kid is with me in the parking lot. The engine is running! Can someone come out here quick?
4. Blowout on Briley Pkwy
This is Kayla. I blew a tire on Briley Parkway near the Opryland exit, right by the Gaylord Hotel. It's a 2021 Kia Telluride, AWD. I got two kids in the car and I can't change it myself. I need a flatbed.
5. Lockout at an apartment gate
Hey, I locked myself out at the gate at the apartments off Murfreesboro Pike near the airport. It's a 2014 Honda Civic, keys are on the seat, engine is off. I don't know the street number — it's the complex by the Waffle House. Can you send a lockout?
6. Jump start in a grocery lot
My battery died in the Kroger parking lot on Charlotte Pike. It's a 2019 Ford F-150, 2WD. I left the lights on. I just need a jump, not a tow, unless it won't hold a charge. How much is a jump start?
What to listen for
- Pickup speed. Under two seconds, any hour. That is the product claim. Voicemail fails here.
- Towing questions, not a phone tree. Year, make, model, drivetrain, keys, whether you are blocking a lane. Compare that to a generic answering service message.
- Location Intelligence. “Walmart on Nolensville,” “Exit 74,” “by the Gaylord” should become a usable pickup — or the agent should text a geo pin. That is caller location capture, not a guess.
